BUMPdate 20 Weeks {Half-Way There!!!}

Date: March 15, 2016

How far along: 20 weeks!!

Baby is the size of: A banana (currently weighing 12.6 ounces).

Gender: It's a boy!

Total weight gain: 7 pounds (ish)

Maternity clothes: Thank Goodness for stretchy pants!! Wearing mostly all maternity tops and non-maternity stretchy pants. Just have to say, there are NOT a lot of cute choices maternity wise for spring. I have like 3 tops on rotation...I need more but I don't like any of this maternity fashion biz.

Miss anything? Sleeping on my stomach and TURKEY SANDWICHES!!!!!!

Cravings: TURKEY SANDWICHES and mushrooms! (Yes, I said mushrooms). We had jap this weekend and I fell in love with the teriyaki mushrooms and carrots. #cantgetitoffmymind

Movement: YES! (And he is currently breech).

Symptoms: Still nauseated and throwing up...ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! #imstuckwithit Headaches and migraines have also been very frequent. New symptom-- extreme back spasms; especially when I am on my left side.

Belly button in or out? In

Wedding rings on or off? Wedding band is on, engagement ring has been off since 12 weeks (It still fit, I'm just TERRIFIED i'd have to have it cut.)

Sleep: Better than it will be when he gets here... That's about all I can say. LOL

Best moment of the week? Having my grandmother (Ayden's great-grandmother) with me, along with hubby and momma during the 20 week ultrasound. Such a special moment.

Exercise: Uhm, who are we kidding? I go straight for the bed when I get home from work.

Anything making you queasy or sick: The mere thought of chicken-salad.... (Funny story, behind that one). Being completely pregnancy-brained and due to the total fact I am a teacher and have 0.03562 seconds to eat lunch everyday and constantly am talking to students during lunch, I had two things in my lunch box- a pasta that needed to be heated and mom's homemade chicken salad-obviously that was SUPPOSE to stay cold. I mistakenly grab the wrong one without looking, pop it in the microwave, a minute later, I have steamy chicken salad. I look at my co-worker and immediately start gagging. She laughs and suggests I get some pizza from the cafeteria. The thought of that hot chicken salad stayed with me all day even to the point I get sick in my room before my last class of the day. When will this ever end???

Labor signs: None

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy, but I have been super emotional lately.

Looking forward to: Seeing more progress on our house. ( Insulation and dry wall are going up this week) THEN we can start ROLLING(floors, cabinets, paint, appliances, MOVE IN!!) I'm having the urge to nest and there's no where to "Nest". haha
